Other Ways to Get Involved

Committees

FPEA Committees focus on specific issues and tasks to support the working conditions of union members. Having committees allows members to focus on specific issues, run the union more efficiently, and empowers members to be involved in union work. Committees follow the direction of, and report to, the President.

Caucuses

A caucus is an independent group of members who share common interests, characteristics, or passions. They come together to bring awareness, address issues, and implement strategies related to their shared concerns.

A caucus is independent from the FPEA Executive Board. Any member can start a caucus.
