Board
Who: The FPEA President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Past President, and UniServ Reps
Duties: consider all business presented to the Rep Assembly, prepare the agendas for Rep Assembly, prepare and present the budgets to the Rep Assembly
Representative
Assembly
Who: Building Representatives, chaired by the FPEA President
Duties: conduct all FPEA business, review and approve budgets, authorize any budget changes, act on reports from committees, approve any resolutions and policy statements
Who: Executive Board members and appointed or self-selected members
Duties: Committees focus on specific issues and tasks to further FPEA business, reporting to the President

Membership
Who: All members
Duties: attend your monthly building 10 Minute Meetings, vote and ratify collective bargaining agreements, FPEA bylaws, and any other issue brought to the membership
